Delivery policy

PaperTrade is an online software service. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.

How the service is delivered

• Access is delivered online, through the web app at https://trade.dcodein.in and the console at dcodein.in/console.
• The 3-day Pro trial starts as soon as you verify your email address; the Free plan is available right away.
• A Pro subscription is activated immediately after a successful payment (or, if you subscribe during the trial, continues from the end of the trial). You'll receive a confirmation by email.

If access isn't activated

If a payment succeeded but your plan isn't active within 30 minutes, email support@dcodein.in with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID, and we'll resolve it.
