Exits, square-offs and cancellations are never limited on any plan. The free trial gives you Pro for 3 days (72 hours) from when you verify your email. Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay and managed from the console. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Billing questions
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan automatically and you are not charged. You keep trading within the Free plan's limits, and nothing is deleted.
Can I subscribe during the trial?
Yes. Billing then starts when the trial ends, so you don't lose any trial days. Your bank or Razorpay may take a small, refundable authorisation to set up the payment mandate.
Which payment methods are supported?
UPI (including UPI Autopay), debit and credit cards and netbanking, processed securely by Razorpay. PaperTrade never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the console and Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; it won't renew after that. Then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
What if a renewal payment fails?
Razorpay retries the payment and we let you know by email. Pro continues for a 3-day grace period. If the payment still fails, your account moves to the Free plan.
