Refunds and cancellation

Plans and free trial
PaperTrade has a Free plan (₹0) and a paid Pro plan. New accounts get a 3-day (72-hour) Pro trial that starts when the email address is verified. No payment details are needed for the trial and nothing is charged during it. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan automatically.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is available monthly (₹199) or yearly (₹1,999). Prices include GST. Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends; your bank or Razorpay may take a small, refundable authorisation to set up the payment mandate.
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it and we let you know by email. Pro continues for a 3-day grace period; if the payment still fails, the account moves to the Free plan.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from the console, or by emailing support@dcodein.in.
- After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew.
- When Pro ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: you can keep trading and download your reports within the Free plan's limits.
Refunds
- Because the trial lets you use Pro before paying, payments for a subscription period are not refunded once that period has started, including partially used periods.
- If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an incorrect amount, write to us within 7 days of the charge. We'll refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
