Privacy policy

This policy explains what Algofied Systems LLP ("we") collects when you use PaperTrade, why, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the service.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).
- Broker connection: the Fyers API app ID, secret and session tokens you provide, stored encrypted and used only to stream market data for your own account.
- Practice activity: your simulated orders, trades, positions, watchlists and the reports generated from them.
- Billing: your subscription status and payment references from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we don't see or store them.
- Technical data: IP addresses and basic request information, used for security (for example rate limiting) and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To provide the service: authenticating you, streaming your market data, simulating orders and producing reports.
- To send service emails: email verification, password resets, payment confirmations and important account notices.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We don't sell your data, we don't use advertising trackers, and market data from your broker account is never shown to other users.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in securely. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
- Fyers: when you connect your account, to obtain your market data.
- Razorpay: to process subscription payments.
- Brevo: to deliver our emails.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the service's data on servers in India.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists. You can disconnect Fyers at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored broker credentials. To delete your account and its data, email us from your account's address; we'll complete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, broker credentials are encrypted, and access to our servers is restricted.
